Finally I made it 
It came out quite odd I suppose... But.. this is the very first portrait I drew - that I`m pleased with...
Don't look at the hair... it sucks a lot - I know... but the reference pic was SO lowres that I had to improvise with his haircut... I kinda like it though...
Anyway - this is the finished piece at last
Stuff used:
Adobe Photoshop CS3
Wacom Bamboo A6
PSD file: 25.5MB, 1860x2295px at 300dpi/inch
Time: around 10-11 hours
